Denise and Michael Bohn, West Jordan: The Bohns celebrated their 10th anniversary with a trip to St. Thomas, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, in February. They spent one day on a charter boat and caught wahoo - including this 40-inch, 28-pound mahi mahi or dolphin fish - and black-tailed tuna.
