Paddle Little Dell this weekend

The Utah Rivers Council is holding its 10th annual Paddle Festival Saturday and Sunday at Little Dell Reservoir. Learn to paddle or check out the new kayaks, canoes and sailboats. Races, fly-fishing instruction, children's events, live music and food will also be part of the event. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children 6-12. Proceeds benefit the Utah Rivers Council. Free Fishing Day

Utah's Free Fishing Day is June 9. Anglers can fish without a fishing license on that day, but all limits and regulations will apply. The Division of Wildlife Resources will be holding a number of events across the state. Visit www.wildlife.utah.gov for a list.
