10 years » The Zion Canyon Transportation Shuttle System is back in operation after a winter break at Zion National Park. The shuttle operates in the park and in the town of Springdale with dropoffs at points of interest, trailheads and the Zion Lodge. When the free shuttle is operating, the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive is closed to private vehicles. Visit www.nps.gov/zion or call 435-772-3256 for more information.

Egg hunt on Antelope Island

Free Easter event » Antelope Island State Parks staffers will host an Easter egg hunt April 11 at 10 a.m. at the Fielding Garr Ranch. The hunt is open to children 12 and younger. Other activities include a fish pond, face painting, pictures with the Easter Bunny and various games. Call 801-649-5742 for more information.
