I rely on safe, affordable generic drugs to manage my health. Like many Americans, I am concerned about the anti-competitive practices that are driving up prescription drug costs and policies that are being abused by some brand pharmaceutical companies.
Americans want smart solutions to rising drug prices and current legislation could curb these bad practices and allow for lower-cost generics to reach patients like me.
Please help get the word out to the public about legislation like the CREATES Act (S. 974, H.R. 2212) and FAST Generics Act (H.R. 2051) that would allow generic companies the access needed to samples to conduct drug product development and bioequivalence studies necessary for FDA approval.
