Shuddering over the possibility of Donald Trump taking our country to war with North Korea, I am reminded of a quote from the book "Thinking Fast and Slow," by Nobel winner Daniel Kahneman: "The inferiority of expert judgment is that humans are incorrigibly inconsistent in making summary judgments of complex information."

Trump can't claim to be an expert and neither was George W. Bush. (Trump is in fact, again shuddering, the most publicly impetuous, visceral, poorly informed president of my long lifetime — 83 years.) Trump's Cabinet leaders don't impress either; neither do his inner circle of family members and advisors from Fox News or elsewhere.

Trump's claim to be a "dealmaker" brings bully to mind, just like the North Korean leadership. What comes after the arm twisting? Certainly not informed judgment.

We and our country are in grave danger from this man. We can only hope and pray.
