Letter: Graham should burn his old uniform

So Sen. Lindsey Graham is quite distraught that his boss gave Turkey the green light to annihilate our allies the Kurds.

I might have some sympathy for Graham, but before Cadet Bonespur won the presidency, let alone the primary, I saw a few warning signs he might be a very unstable genius and not make such a great president. The warning signs were there, and if I remember right, Graham wasn’t on board either, until he had no choice but to make Trump his BFF to keep his senatorial career going. Been golfing lately?

Well, Sen. Graham, there is one last thing you could do. Drag out those military blues from your closet from when you were an Air Force colonel and hang them up on something in your front yard. A cross might be very appropriate. Then douse them in gasoline and light them on fire and get it on video for the rest of America to see. America could use a little comforting entertainment for a change from Washington. Make sure that Bronze Star you were awarded melts into the ground, too. You don't need it anymore.

If I could ask you one thing face-to-face, it would be, how does an ex-military colonel rationalize and feel about endorsing an administration that embraces Russia and President Putin and sells out America’s allies knowing so many will die?

As long as you burn those blues, I think you can say it feels pretty good.

Good luck to you, Sen. Graham.
