Letter: Kudos to Mexico’s leadership and catcalls to that of the U.S.

What a contrast in leadership! Our president proposes to spend billions on a border wall and threatens to cut off aid to Central America (we don't offer much to start) because of the caravans, while Mexico, a much smaller and poorer nation, pledges $30 billion over the next five years to ameliorate the problems, including crop failures due to climate change, in Central America.
Can you see the difference in these two "solutions" to the problem? Kudos to Mexico's leadership and catcalls to that of the U.S.
