A question of torture

A few days ago columnist Helen Thomas asked a very important question to the White House spokesman: "The president has said . . . we do not torture. Now he has admitted that he did sign off on torture, he did know about it. So how do you reconcile this credibility gap?"

The press needs to be asking this important question - now, today. Why aren't our Utah politicians who represent us asked about this important issue? Why aren't they being asked if they agree with the White House and President Bush on this?
