Did KSL and KTVX break the safe-haven law by running the story on the baby found at the LDS ward? Isn't the whole intent of the safe-haven law to protect the mother and save the baby? Why are we looking for the mother?
KTVX actually posted the found note on their Web site and asked people to try to identify the mother. It sends the wrong message. Leave the girl alone. How is this type of story on the nightly news justified or in the spirit of the safe-haven law? The TV stations should be fined. Stop this type of reporting.
