Thank God for Bush

I normally do not pay any attention to the Bush bashers, as they offer no better solutions. However, after reading The Tribune's and Robyn Blumner's articles about 9/11, I have to respond.

I did not vote for President Bush, but thank God he is the president. I sleep well at night knowing he fights terrorism over there and won't give up and run. The world has hated arrogant Americans long before Iraq, and now more than 50 million people in Iraq and Afghanistan thank us for releasing them from tyranny. Women can vote and work and go to school and not be afraid of being raped.

Yes, this is a struggle because terrorists know that democracy is their demise. At least the 50,000 who have died in Iraq since the war have not died for someone's fun, like the 400,000 who died under Saddam. I also thank Bush for wiretapping overseas calls to known terrorists. In war, who cares about warrants.
