Every day I scan the obituaries and notice how many veterans of World War II are passing away. It is sad, and I am reminded of the sacrifices they made for our country and our freedom. I take time to read each obit and reflect on our debt of gratitude for what they did. They remind me of all the fallen heroes in other wars, and now in Afghanistan, who gave their all to keep our country free. Lest we forget.
