Wasn't it bad enough to lose Salt Lake's most historic and venerable downtown restaurant? Now I read in The Tribune that Lamb's is being gutted and the iconic fixtures sold to outfit a restaurant named "Tru Religion" in Orem.

How ironic for former Lamb's patrons, who found solace in the counter culture atmosphere at Lamb's. I'm sure a more befitting use of these historic fixtures could be found.
