What is it with these arrogant Republican senators and members of Congress? The number is now five who oppose the Obamacare repeal and replacement bill, one of whom is our own Sen. Mike Lee.
He and Sens. Ted Cruz and Rand Paul, who is a nut case and a lost cause, all find elements unacceptable to their high standards. So, let them put forth their plan or amendments, using their most forceful arguments. If they can't convince the other 48 senators and President Trump, then fall in line and support the party.
What we need is a Republican Chuck Schumer to corral the herd and bring them into the barn. How is it the Democrat Party achieves unanimity in all of the resistance and the Republicans can't keep their sheep in line? If you arrogant senators don't get everything you want, then maybe you'll just have to make with something that isn't quite up to your high and holy standards.
Otherwise, you'll force the whole country to live with the disastrous Obamacare for another year.
