During his campaign, Donald Trump, the GOP nominee for president, called every one of his competitors names, insulted them personally and made untrue comments about them. Trump was merciless in his personal attacks. Trump never supported his claims against his competitors with facts. Trump never supported his claims about himself with facts.
Since being elected, Trump has complained about how he is being treated by the media. This would be the media that supports their comments about him with facts. In Trump's latest whine before the graduating class of Coast Guard cadets, he said: "Look at the way I've been treated lately. Especially by the media. No politician in history — and I say this with great surety — has been treated worse or more unfairly. You can't let them get you down. You can't let the critics and the naysayers get in the way of your dreams."
This speech was not about the U.S. Coast Guard graduates, it was about The Donald. He can't ever give anyone else credit without putting himself first. Since the media is reporting what Trump says and does, he now whines, "Unfair, unfair, unfair."
"Mom, make them stop."
