Regarding the unprovoked, unconscionable and uncivilized ouster of Mary Beckerle as CEO and director of the Huntsman Cancer Institute, U. President David Pershing and Vivian Lee, the U's vice president of health sciences, must have taken lessons in human relations from United Airlines.
Sadly, they appear to have learned nothing from United's mistakes.
