I called Sen. Mike Lee's and Sen. Orrin Hatch's offices, asking two questions about the GOP's plans to replace Obamacare:

1) Will the replacement plan, like Obamacare, require insurance companies to provide health insurance to people with pre-existing conditions?

2) Will the replacement plan, like Obamacare, prevent insurance companies from placing lifetime limits on benefits?

Lee's office said they don't know, as if they haven't had seven years to think about it, since Obamacare became law in 2010.

Nobody answered the phone at Hatch's office.
