Not long ago, saying the words "damn" or "hell" on the radio was not done. Now, anything goes. How did it get that way? Role models and celebrities were heard using bad language and kids copied it. Vulgarity has always existed but was practiced in private, not in the media.

Please, House Speaker Greg Hughes, find another word for "pissed." We know that Donald Trump is a vulgarity machine and you're a major supporter of him. Between the two of you, who are in great positions of power and exposure, a large portion of our youth will emulate your bad public behavior. Since Trump, several words previously unheard in public have become common in just a few short months. We may not recover from his role modeling in many areas.

Seems to me the Utah "Righteouslature" should be one place where a little civility and decorum would prevail. Maybe our Republican House speaker is agitated or disappointed or angered or mad? Lots of better words than "pissed."

Please, not in the media. Our little kids are listening and, like it or not, you are a role model.
