It has been a long time since I wrote a letter to your paper. I am writing this letter because Utah Transit Authority does not seem to enforce their rules about no solicitation.

After I got off TRAX Train No. 1134, I was approached by a young person asking for $1 so he could ride the train. Where were the TRAX police? Aren't they supposed to do their job? Maybe it is time to ask our state leaders to cancel TRAX/bus service and bring in another service to completely do away with this service, unless somebody has another idea.
