Why is it that whenever the Republicans are given an opportunity to lead our country into the future, to make significantly better changes and progress, they always end up trying to dismantle all of the programs and organizations that generations of great Americans have worked so hard for? Is it their nature to be stupid, cruel and uncaring?
This country is facing monumental problems and our illustrious Speaker of the House Paul Ryan can't wait to dismantle Social Security and Medicare, two programs that have saved millions from poverty, homelessness, starvation and bankruptcy.
Republican presidents fill their cabinets with the least qualified, incompetent people they can find so the government becomes even more dysfunctional and broken. Meanwhile, the people of this country are forced to sit and suffer through four years of Republican ignorance.
