The reason some of us hate politics is because politics is so frequently about hate.
Well, I love the economic changes while Barack Obama has been president. The unemployment rate is down from 15 percent to 5 percent, the price of oil is down about 50 percent, and the Dow Jones average has doubled.
I also love the fact that we have fewer ground troops in the Middle East and we have avoided wars in both Syria and Iran.
I love that 10 or 15 million more Americans have affordable health insurance.
I love that America was able to elect its first black president eight years ago and is in position to elect it's first woman president this year. Yes, I love America.
