The delays caused by Rocky Mountain Power's foot-dragging in activating our residential solar system shows it is not interested in its customers going solar.

Expect a three-week delay any time Rocky Mountain Power is required to act. Three-plus weeks to approve a net metering agreement, another three weeks to turn power off so we could upgrade our meter box and, finally, three weeks to install a net meter.

Rocky Mountain Power's inaction says it all when it comes to its attitude toward solar.
