Letter: Gun rights don't include guns of war

Everyone is blaming the availability of guns as the major source of the mass killings in the U.S. these past several years. Obama is blaming the lack of gun control in the mass murders in Orlando in which the killer swore his allegiance to ISIS.

Let's put the blame where it belongs: the person using the guns and the availability of guns.

The only guns that individuals should own is a handgun, hunting rifle and/or a shotgun. Let's be realistic, NRA members. Guns of war were not in the plans of "bearing arms" to protect their homes/property.
