Refresh my memory, please. Wasn't Martha Stewart found guilty of insider trading a number of years ago, and was then incarcerated for a period of time?
Phil Mickelson benefited financially from insider trading, and yet he is allowed to repay the nearly $1 million he made in an insider trading scheme, and no incarceration.
What am I missing?
