A number of years ago I went car shopping. After being told I was "getting a deal," I found that the price originally offered by the salesperson was not the price I was looking at on the contract. So I walked away from the deal.

Another experience occurred while Christmas shopping. I went to several stores to obtain a "price match" for a deal.

Two years ago, I became interested in photography. Once I found the camera I wanted, I waited nearly one year for its price to decrease.

The free market was great for wants, but what about for one's needs? Who can "walk away" from their doctor when suffering pain? Who can "price match" when suffering from a heart attack? Refusing health care for years is one of the reasons why our system is so stressed.

The sickest joke in circulation is that our system needs less government and more "for profit, free market" principles. For those who are supposedly pro-life, why should life be auctioned off to the highest bidder? Talk about death panels!
