A certain internet company, which also carries TV, has been advertising for months a new service that they will be offering soon. The advertisements for this service involve a spokesman who is giving his presentation in the house of a family of four. When he is finished, the family critiques not only his presentation but his appearance (Two-day beard not working, How old is his photo — recently? Smirk, smirk.).

The presenter leaves the house with his head down, obviously feeling defeated. We talk about teaching our children that bullying is wrong, but with commercials like this on TV that are played over and over all day, how will they learn?

Is making people feel bad about themselves becoming the norm? Is this humorous? I think not.
