I am definitely not a fan of Sen. Ted Cruz. but it is astounding to hear a fellow congressman and a man who was second in the line to the presidency of the United States to call Cruz "a miserable son of a b—-h" and to compare him with Lucifer.
Former Speaker of the House John Boehner represents the crude, rude, ignorant sector of our population that shows why Donald Trump is the leading candidate of the Republican Party for president of the United States.
My own father was an elected official in the state of Utah who would have been ashamed to see how far our national political scene has fallen.
Mr. Boehner, have you no sense of decency or statesmanship to have so denigrated a fellow congressman in this way? Shame on you and those who support this type of boorish behavior!
Let us hope that our nation will survive, despite people like you who seem to think that crass, profane, and insulting words are acceptable means of communicating their view of others.
