I didn't attend the Utah County Republican Convention, but I read in the paper that Gov. Gary Herbert was booed by members of his own party. It saddened me.

None of us agrees with everything that happens in government, but the accomplishments of this governor are exceptional. Who were these people and what would prompt them to be so rude?

Here in Utah, we are a civil society and I, for one, will always respect and honor the man or woman our citizens have elected to the office of governor and expect others to do the same.

Shame on them.
