Several hundred thousand Utahns are breathing poisonous air, and our legislators are debating feminine hygiene products, a bill that will affect 9 people (the death penalty), no-fun medical pot, a quixotic bill to steal federal lands and a way to exclude Democrats from committees. Truly disappointing.
