We have doctors, hospitals and medical schools second to none. This "manmade" shortage of doctors is due to a corrupt system that limits the amount of qualified students who are too poor to go to college, creating doctor shortages and therefore a very sophisticated means of price fixing, resulting in excessive charges for doctor visits and hospital stays.

The government should help finance free or very cheap medical school for all who qualify intellectually. Medicare for all is the only answer.

Also, when you cut out the middleman insurance companies, it will be much cheaper for all Americans. Until the powers that be, in the medical profession and insurance industry, are put in check, it will never happen.
