I find it ironic that, on Christmas Day, the words above the headline on the front page of The Tribune were "Peace on Earth, Good Will to All," and below it was an article about House Speaker Greg Hughes, the lawmaker instrumental in the derailment of Medicaid expansion, a plan that would have helped thousands of Utahns without health insurance.
