The carnival barker/huckster leading the GOP nominee race is not to be feared or admired, and we need only await his self-immolation. The toxic Trump tonic relies on grandiose fantastical statements with no supporting facts.

"Step right up, ladies and gents, and I will cure what ails you. Ask not how it works. Just know it works, and I promise it will increase your vim, vigor, and vitality while decreasing the ravages of time. Ingredients of this elixir? Pay no mind and step right up."

When faced with a Carson cream, Bush bromide, or even a Rubio remedy, the claims of the Trump tonic huckster grow more outlandish and the verbiage more bellicose. The greatest fear of the huckster is not being jeered; it is being ignored.

Scream from the rooftops the most vitriolic language or statements which are blatantly false as long as you have the attention of the masses. Fear not, for if history is any guide, and it does consistently repeat itself, the huckster will be run out of town on a rail.

Let's all hope it is sooner rather than later.
