When the poacher of the two Utah bull elk is caught, I wonder what sort of award the county commissioners are going to give him.

I think Gov. Gary Herbert may even contribute $10,000 to the defense team. I see no difference in the poacher and commissioner Phil Lyman. They both broke a law and both did damage to a Utah treasure.
