I can't help but notice that lack of places to eat out in Payson. Sure, we have Taco Bell or Wendy's or even Costa Vida. But that's it. It's all fast food. How come we don't have an Olive Garden or a Brick Oven?
We have just added an amazing temple to Payson city, and it attracts people from all over. But what reason do they have to stay here if there is nothing, besides the temple, worth their time.
Our city is boring. We need to give people a reason to come to Payson. We need more businesses in Payson. If we got them, Payson could really start growing and become a place people really want to visit. But we don't just need more restaurants. We need entertainment.
And, not to be rude, but our city could use some fixing up, too. It is not the most attractive city in Utah. Maybe just start with the roads, and not just any roads, but the ones that actually need improvements. Let's make our city look better so that we can get those businesses here.
