I can only imagine what would have happened in 2004 if Congressman Chaffetz had been in charge then.

Remember Dwight Watson? The tractor-driving nutcake who claimed he had explosives and took over the Mall for two days? On his tractor? Shut Washington down, he did.

He was finally taken into custody and no one was hurt. Chaffetz would have wanted to at the least deploy a missile, or a squadron of snipers to take him out. Or maybe not. After all, Dwight was Tea Party when Tea Party wasn't cool.
