Northern Utah is in store for chilly weather over the weekend, with the National Weather Service predicting highs in the 30s and low 40s and the overnight lows mostly in the 20s.

Skies are expected to be partly or mostly cloudy in many locations on Saturday and clear on Sunday.

The state lists the air quality in Salt Lake and Davis counties as moderate this weekend. Saturday and Sunday are no burn days and reduced driving is encouraged.

In Park City, the Sundance Film Festival crowds should see a high in the mid 40s and a low in the mid 20s on Monday. Those temperatures will hold on Tuesday but will accompanied by 30 percent chance of rain and snow during the day and a 40 percent chance of snow at night, according to the weather service.

The chance of snow will continue on Wednesday, which has a predicted high around 40 and a low in the low 20s.
