Washington County Attorney Brock Belnap left me a voice mail late Friday saying law enforcement is "very interested" in speaking with Charlene Wall Jeffs.

She is the legal wife of Lyle Jeffs, the man running the day-to-day operations of the polygamous Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Earlier this month, she filed both a divorce petition and a petition asking that the two minor children Lyle and Charlene Jeffs have together be removed from the Jeffs compound in Hildale.

The custody petition discusses some of the practices in the FLDS under Lyle Jeffs and his imprisoned brother, Warren Jeffs, including how only so-called "seed bearers" are allowed to have sex with women and husbands must hold their wives hands while the seed bearer has sex with the woman.

Belnap, however, said law enforcement in his county doesn't plan to speak with Charlene Jeffs until after she appears on ABC News. One of Charlene Jeffs' relatives confirmed to me she is to appear on "20/20."

Meanwhile, the Tumblr page The Principle has more on Charlene Jeffs and her sister wives, including a photo of them with Lyle.
