Happy Monday. President Barack Obama's former campaign manager, David Plouffe, didn't mince words on Sunday when asked about GOP nominee Donald Trump. In Plouffe's estimation, Trump is "a psychopath." "We have a psychopath running for president," David Plouffe said in an interview on NBC News' "Meet the Press" with Chuck Todd.
