Howard Dean mocks his own 2004 scream. Clinton officially wins nomination as first woman to head a major-party ticket. Bernie supporters walk out of convention.

Happy Wednesday. Howard Dean's infamous 2004 speech where he rattled off the states he'd soon visit and ended with a rallying scream may have ended his presidential hopes but at least he's cool enough to know to make fun of it now. Dean, speaking at the Democratic convention, finished his remarks last night with a short rendition. "Volunteer because this race is gonna be won on the ground," Dean said, smiling. "And it's going to be won in Colorado, and in Iowa, and North Carolina, and Michigan and Florida, Pennsylvania, and then we're going to the White House!"
