Utahn files suit challenging Ted Cruz's natural born status. Utah lawmakers begin 2016 session. New poll: Utahns don't want secret votes.

It's the second such lawsuit filed. Donald Trump and his supporters continue to question whether the Texas senator — who was born in Canada to a mother with U.S. citizenship — can run for president.
