Happy Thursday. They're back! The Republican presidential candidates will take the stage again tonight to debate and all eyes are on two people: Donald Trump, of course, and Sen. Marco Rubio. Look for Sen. Ted Cruz to lob an attack on Trump, who is unlikely to stand there silently. And with Rubio's rise in the polls, his fellow contenders will be looking his way.
