News roundup: Donald Trump proves he's a big bully. Jonathan Johnson launches gubernatorial bid. Interior sec: No plans in place in case 'grand bargain' fails.

Happy Wednesday. The Washington Post's Dana Milbank did something interesting yesterday: He went to the government's anti-bullying website, pulled language talking about what constitutes a "bully" and inserted the word "candidate." His result: Donald Trump is the definition of a bully: "Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among candidates that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose."
