Poll: 10 percent of college grads believe Judge Judy is on the Supreme Court. Federal judge urges Utah GOP, state to work it out over SB54. Support may be slipping for Prop 1.

From the sad-but-true file, a new survey finds that nearly 10 percent of college graduates believe that Judith Sheindlin — better known as TV's Judge Judy — is on the Supreme Court; one-third of college graduates don't know the collection of amendments to the Constitution is called the Bill of Rights; and nearly a third believe that John Boehner is the current president of the Senate.
