Rick Perry likely out in Fox News debate, Kasich, Christie in. Poll: Utahns want to continue court fight against Obamacare. State, county, city leaders sign Mountain Accord deal.

But Perry's slide in the polls may allow Ohio Gov. John Kasich and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie to join the Fox News forum. Fox is using the average of five major polls to determine who gets an invite and hasn't yet announced who will make the cut.
