White House: No, Obama wasn't holding a pack of cigarettes. Romney's annual gathering in Park City starts today. Senate confirms U.S. attorney for Utah.

Happy Thursday. It may look like President Barack Obama is holding a pack of cigarettes and about ready to pull one out for a smoke but the White House says that's not the case.
