Happy Monday. While there's been a lot of focus on how millennials are the Democratic Party's best hope for the future not as much attention has been paid to the strongest base of the Republican Party: Older voters. But the problem is serious for the GOP in that its get-out-the-vote efforts in 2016 could be hurt by the fact its supporters may not be around to do so. Topping the news: Some male members of Congress have prohibited one-on-one meetings with female staffers to avoid any hint of impropriety. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, meanwhile, has instituted a policy barring staffers from arriving before 7 a.m. or leaving after 7 p.m. to keep things on the up-and-up.
