The homeless man who works in the Senate. The 'Capitol 13' take plea deal. Poll: Utahns would back tax hike for education.

Happy Thursday. Times have been tough for a lot of Americans, including those working under the Capitol Dome in Washington. The Washington Post notes that a 63-year-old man working various jobs for a contractor in the U.S. Capitol hasn't had a fixed address in five years. He greets senators, staffers and lobbyists, sweeps floors, mops bathrooms, and then goes "home," which usually means huddling for warmth inside a metro station.
