Happy Tuesday. Since we all know that Hillary Clinton is running for president, the only real remaining question is when she'll make it formal and say she's in. Well, it appears likely in just a few weeks. The Guardian newspaper says Clinton is likely to launch her campaign in April and has been staffing up in Iowa ready to go for it.
