Conservatives gripe leaders are trying to ram through funding bill. Owens considering another fight against Love. Top Mormon leaders are Republicans.

Happy Monday. Congress faces a Thursday deadline to pass a new funding measure to keep the government running but a bill in the House hasn't been posted yet, leading many conservatives to gripe that Speaker John Boehner is trying to shove through a stopgap measure that they won't be able to read before voting on. House leaders have been mum on what the temporary budget bill will include, a possibly move to temper what could be a GOP effort to kill President Barack Obama's immigration orders.
