There are five season finales tonight — all for shows that have been renewed for next season, so there will be resolutions to whatever cliffhangers they leave us with.

• College baseball (6 p.m., BYUtv): Portland at BYU

• "Grey's Anatomy" (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): A dangerous patient escapes his hospital room, putting the doctor's lives at risk. (Season finale)

• "Masterchef Junior" (7 and 8 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): The top four cooks create a chocolate molten lava cake; two cooks battle it out for the grand prize. (Season finale)

• "Supernatural" (7 and 8 p.m., CW/Ch. 30): The fight between the American hunters and the British hunters comes to a head; Lucifer battles Sam, Dean and Castiel for control of his unborn child. (Season finale)

• "The Amazing Race" (8 and 9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): An extreme fear of heights paralyzes one racer at a roadblock; teams battle the scorching heat in Vietnam.

• "Scandal" (8 and 9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Olivia takes a risk to ensure Mellie's safety at the inauguration; in his last few days in toffice, Fitz uses his power to make unexpected changes. (Season finale)

• "Lip Sync Battle" (8 p.m., Spike): Rumer Willis vs. Bryshere Gray

• "The Blacklist" (8 and 9 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Red tracks a high-end thief; Liz confronts the biggest questions about her past. (Season finale)
