Rocky start and continued in-fighting for new Trump administration. Thousands of Utahns protest at state Capitol. Chaffetz smooths over spat with ethics watchdog.

Happy Tuesday. President Donald Trump had a rocky start over the weekend, a bombastic and critical speech at the CIA, an angry press briefing littered with falsehoods and what appears to be continued infighting with his new West Wing staff. The Post takes a look at beginning of the Trump administration. [WaPost]

-> Meanwhile, Trump continued to harp away about the election, telling congressional leaders, without any evidence, that up to 5 million people cast votes illegally and that's why he lost the popular vote.
